The one thing that is quite universal is...
Friends coffee date: Now this doesn't have to be to a large coffee chain it could be somewhere local. An independent coffee shop or a library? Something more suited to your friend group. While this might not be traditional self-care, taking a break from everyday life and the worries and stresses that come with it is certainly good for the soul.
Out for Lunch: Again this doesn't have to be a large chain but somewhere you go often, most friend groups have a usual place or two...or three that they eat at and maybe heading to your favourite and have a good old catch isn't necessarily very 'Galentines' but I'm sure given the atmosphere you will very much be having a fabulous time!
Be a local Tourist: Now you might be thinking...a what? But trust me, go around your local area and visit all the tourist attractions. Museums, Art galleries, historical sites quite often these places are free or cost very little so perfect with the current cost of living crisis. Exploring your city or a city from on of your friends group
Pamper night in: I did say we would come back to this. Grab your besties, get some prosecco and whack on a face mask and get on a good film. Get cosy and get pampered...it is quite simple. You could even order food in or get some chocolate the combinations are endless!
So there you have it. The ultimate self-care guide for Galentines...I hope this inspires you to have a great day and spend time with your besties
Kisses
