“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” - Pele
I’ve been away focusing on my self and getting my life together.
I finally have a job that I feel is right for me. It’s the first job I’ve had where I’m not feeling anxious every morning - I’ve just been so grateful to God (or the universe, whoever you believe in).
I'm shocked that I even allowed myself to stay in places where I was so anxious, it was to the point of needing a good cry every morning. But when I think back on it I think I was just going through growing pains and I'm grateful for the hurt I felt too. Without the hurt, the good things in life wouldn't feel as great.

I just wanted to remind you all that it is possible to achieve your dreams, especially if you work hard towards them! Whether you’re living out your desires or struggling to survive, there is hope at the end. There is light at the end of the tunnel and you too can walk towards the light and reach your goals.
This summer has been a summer filled with such beautiful moments, but I wouldn’t have been able to live out those moments if I didn’t keep myself motivated and determined in my times of struggle. And believe me, I have struggled as much as I’ve been blessed. My winter was spent with bad mental health and I fought for my happiness.
This is just a reminder that whether you have people to support and uplift you or you’re completely alone, in the end only YOU can fight for yourself and choose a life where you are sustained, motivated, and content.
Love,
Imaan xx
